Cauliflower Mash Recipe



Ingredients


1 Head of Cauliflower
2 ounces light or heavy cream
3 Table spoons of butter
2 tablespoons of sour cream
4 ounces of Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup of fiesta blend cheese
1/2 onion chopped
1 garlic minced
4 strips of turkey bacon

salt and pepper to taste

Direction:

  1. Steam cauliflower until soft (about 15 mins)
  2. Mash cauliflower.
  3. Add sour cream, butter and mix into the cauliflower.
  4. Add onions and garlic.
  5. Add pepper and salt to taste
  6. Add Parmesan cheese.
  7. Add cream and mix
  8. Add to a baking dish
  9. Sprinkle with fiesta cheese and top with turkey bacon

Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 mins or until cheese melts.

Serves 4′
