Keto Chia Pudding

Keto Chia Pudding

3 tablespoons organic chia seeds

2 tablespoons organic hemp hearts

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup almond coconut milk

1/4 cups heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener

1/2 teaspoons cardamon powder

12-15 drops liquid stevia

Method:

 

In a medium bowl, mix together the chia seeds, chopped walnuts and hemp seeds together.

Mix the coconut milk with the almond milk and microwave for 40 seconds. Remove from microwave and mix in the monk fruit sweetener, cardamon powder and stevia drops.

Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour. Enjoy~

 

 

Raspberry topping

1/2 cup frozen raspberry

1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
