Keto Air Fried Jalapeno Poppers

1 Can of Pickled Jalapeno ( I use this one)
2 oz of cream cheese
2 oz of shredded sharp cheddar
2 oz of shredded Monterey jack cheese (I used the block and grated the cheese)
1 (3.25oz Bag) crushed pork rinds (I used the Aldi’s brand)
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of dried Italian seasoning
2 large eggs
1/4 cup oat fiber ( I used this one)
