I viewed your podcast for the recipes that you made for the tortialls and enchiladas. I registered on uor website and went tp your facebook page but never found the recipes. Please share so that I can make this for my hubby and I. I am anxious to try some of the other dishes you demonstrate. What do I have to do to receive emails from you? Happy New Year!
I am trying to find your recipe for low carb eggplant pizza bites. I watched your video and it looks wonderful.
Hi Julie,
I fully understand your delima. I leave it up to the reader to calculate the count because we may use different brand product and therefore the carb count may differ. All of the ingredients used are low carb and I can stand by that. I have blood suger issues and cannot eat high carb foods. I would suggest websites like fit day.com to record carb count. I hope this helps!
Love your recipes and videos but my only complaint is there is no mention of the Net Carb per serving.
I’m afraid to make your recipes because without knowing the carb count, I don’t want to eat too much.
I’m a good cook but I don’t know those measurements, probably because we use metric.
i am interesting in the low carb diet !
