Keto Bagels Low Carb

 

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons cream cheese
2 cups Almond Flour
2 tablespoons psyllium husk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
Oat fiber* (I use about 2 tablespoons)

Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Method:

In a microwavable dish, combine the first two ingredients and place in the microwave for 2 minutes until melted (at the halfway point remove and stir).
In a separate bowl combine the almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, garlic powder and salt. Combine with the melted cheese. Add the eggs to the cheese mixture to form into a dough. Separate into 4 sections and form into a bagel shape. Place on a parchment line baking sheet. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle each one with the bagel seasoning topping.

Bake at 400 degrees for 16-20 minutes.

Homemade Bagel topping
1 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoons dried garlic flakes
1 teaspoons dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoons kosher salt

 

* The oat fiber is used for dusting. It is zero Net carbs.
