    Hi Jay
Couldnโ€™t wait to make this bread. Looked so good in the video but when I sliced mine it was so dark. Youโ€™re is a lot lighter. Are there different seeds and grains that produce lighter breads.
    Please help.

I made this tonight. I cut the the caraway seeds by half because I was nervous it would be too much. This is the closest recipe to bread that i’ve made. Had 2 slices in a row (buttered) because it was so tasty! Thank you

p.s. after mixing wet and dry ingredients it first appeared too liquidy. I thought I missed something, I checked the recipe and I found I included everything. I kept stirring and stirring and the dough mix started to thicken up. I didn’t have almond milk so I diluted my whipping cream 50% with water. Turned out Great!

Great recipe! I made this bread and have had toasted with toppings. I had no whole flax seeds so used milled instead and it still worked well. I will try whole flax seeds next time to test taste/texture difference.

Hi Jay, Your bread looks delicious! I count everything on my low carb diet. Would you have the Calorie count, Fat grams and Protein gran numbers for 1 serving of this bread? Thank a bunch.

    Hi Jay!
    Question about the psyllium husk:
I only have psyllium husk powder on hand…
so I found info, online, that says
    1T husks grind down to 1t powder…
    and 2/3 c = 10 2/3 T, which would mean 10 2/3 t
But that wasn’t enough psyllium powder, because once all mixed together,
it was still a very soupy concoction!
So I added in a bunch more psyllium powder, a bit at a time,
and it finally came together, like in your video…
So, is it 2/3 c psyllium powder, that you measured out AFTER
    you ground the husks?
That would make more sense in the actual doing…
    Or was 1/2 c Greek Yogurt & 1/2 c almond milk
    too much liquid?
What size eggs did you use? Mine were large…
It is in the oven! We shall see…๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜ƒโค๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Opps!! Sorry, I went ahead and updated it with 1/2 cup almond milk. Thanks for the heads up:)

  8. Nanabella says:

How much almond milk? You forgot it in the ingredients list…๐Ÿ˜ƒโค๏ธ

Hi Dita, Sorry about the confusion. The Flax seeds (not flax meal) were mixed in with the other seeds, which I should have mentioned. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. The recipe has been updated with the correct info. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks

I can’t wait to make this bread. You mention Whole Flax Meal in the ingredients but you don’t show it on your video or mention it in the Directions. Is it mixed in with the Almond Flour to make 1 cup??? Also is it Whole or Ground Flax Meal. Thanks for all your hard work.
