Time To Make A Plan

Ok so as you can see from my last post I have a lot of plans for 2010. The most important one is to lose 50 lbs. I have to be honest and say that I am dreading going to the gym. I have not gone for about 2 weeks and I can already feel the difference in my body.

So I will be starting Induction again on Monday January 10th. I need to jump start my weight loss for sure.

    bravo girls!!
    I have too much more to kose. I started the lew carb on January and I a m always in Induction. Sometimes I do not even reach the 20 net carbs.
    I ma so glad that I foyn this blog 🙂

    I’m right where you are! Getting back to the gym next week, and starting again at 20 carbs a day. Already lost 80 pounds, regained about 20 without cheating, amazingly enough, and now ready lose the next 50.
