Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk Coconut Milk Blend

If you are subscribed to me on face-book then you already know my newest find at the supermarket, which is the Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk- Coconut Milk Blend. I love this flavor! It has an amazing flavor and so low in carbs. It is also lactose free and soy free. The Unsweetened Almond Milk Coconut Milk Blend comes in two types. There is the refrigerated kind and the kind that comes outside of the refrigerator.


I purchased the kind that was out side of the refrigerator. I found it in the aisle of the supermarket with  organic products. At $2.49 for a cartoon, I think this is something I will keep in my pantry at all times.

Calories- 45

Total Fat-3.5

Total Carbohydrate-2 grams

Total Fiber-1 gram

    Hi Lupita, Thanks for commenting: ) I do not do Atkins Induction, but I will eat foods that are lower in carbs for the rest of my life because it’s a healthy way of eating for me. I do eat fruit, as a matter of fact I just had Greek yogurt with strawberries it was delicious! I also eat blueberries, black berries and raspberries, because those have the highest antioxidants. After GYM workouts I sometimes have half an apple with peanut butter. We share the same weight loss goal, I too have a goal of 140lbs. Best wishes to you. We can do this!

    Hi. I have tried Low carb before and I actually lost weight and felt much better. However, I cannot do this long term or at least as long as you are doing it. I really love fruits. But I have cut down quite a bit on sweets and I am trying to eat healthier. My goal is to also be at 140lbs. I currently weigh 212. Just sharing my thoughts.
