If you are on my face-book fan-page you may have seen my recent post about my current weight loss stall. I had gone a two week period with no weight loss, even though I was working out 5 days a week and eating only low carb foods. I was so frustrated!
The only thing that I was doing differently was consuming nuts. Granted, I was having more than a serving size portion each time, sometimes up to 2x daily. Who could have one serving of nuts? Not I : (
For the past two days I cut out nuts completely from my diet and I am happy to report that I am down 2lbs! Oh Happy Days : )
