Impossible Cheese Burger Pie (lowcarb Version)

This cheese burger pie can be eating with a side salad for a nice filling dinner, or by itself for breakfast or lunch. We had it the second day for breakfast and it was even more delicious. Enjoy!


1lb ground beef
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 large onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup carbquik
1 cup calorie countdown
1 Roma tomato
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoon sugar free ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs

Carbquik

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown the meat and add the onions cook for 10 minutes,add salt and other spices.

Spread the beef in the baking dish, top with cheese.

Whisk the carbquik, egg and milk together.

Pour the carbquik mixture over cheese and bake for 30 minutes.

    I have not tried to freeze it because it never last that long at my house, my family loves it! I am sure it will freeze well though : )

    Hello! I came across your site from facebook and this pie looks SO yummy! I have some carbquick and I’m thinking I may just have to try this.
    My question is…I’m trying to find good recipes that will freeze well – in order to make ahead of time and have ready for me in the freezer – to “grab and go” for lunches at work. Would this freeze well? Thanks a bunch!!!
