Keto Low Carb Sausage Balls

While this recipe for sausage balls is usually made using breakfast sausage, I really prefer it with Italian sausage meat. This is a good keto appetizer and will be a hit to bring to your holiday parties. You cannot  go wrong with this one.

Ingredients:
1 lb hot ground Italian sausage meat
1/2 cup finely sliced green onions
1 cup blanched almond flour
1 cup sharp shredded cheddar
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 tsp of garlic spread seasoning

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients together
Form into balls using your hand or to get a more uniform mixture use a small ice cream scoop.
Bake for 25 minutes or until done~
