    Hi Jay
I’ve been using your recipes for 2 years now. I can’t count how many people I have referred to you.

I love every single one of them. This mac muffin, mac n cheese and chili relleno are my favorites. I’m glad to see you’ll be posting more real soon.

I’m going to try the pork rind pancakes this weekend.

    Keep up your terrific work!

I came across your recipes the other day on my roku. I absolutely had to try this. You are so incredibly creative. I can’t wait to try a few of the others. I think the tortillas are next.

Thank you for this!!! I’ve made this muffin in the past, but with your method and the great information about the container in which to make it in…I HAD to get one so I got it off amazon the other day, it got here pretty fast and I LOVE it! The muffin itself is perfectly shaped and I do it this way – when it comes out of the microwave, I let it cool. cut it in half – put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let it cool some more and then toast it…it toasts up BEAUTIFULLY and tastes like (very high grain) toast!

In the past, the way I’ve made it always tasted eggy and the flavor of the flax was way too strong…this way is PERFECT!

I love this method and will not make this any other way!
