Low Carb Microwave Cheese Crackers

Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Almond Flour
1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheese Blend e.g Mexican cheese (I use New Zealand Chedder)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Big Pinch of Salt
Seasonings of Choice I use Johnny’s Garlic Spread and Seasoning,
Boxed Egg Whites – just enough for dough to come together

Directions
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly then add cheese. Add enough egg whites to make the dough come together
Press dough thinly onto a silicone microwave mat or parchment paper.

Microwave on for 1 minute.
Remove from Microwave and cut into squares or triangles
Microwave forĀ another 3 minute. Check to see if crackers have reached your desired crispness. If not, microwave for a min more until satisfied with the texture. Carefully remove from microwave and place crackers on a cooling rack. Enjoy~

We love these quick and ez crackers, I double the recipe
and they stay crisp as long as they are in the cracker
container on counter with a note “Take it Easy Crackers
    Four at a Time”

Thanks so much. I make them every other week!

Thanks millions Jay for these crackers.
They work out so well, quick and EZ.
I have tried 3-4 variations of cheeses and
seasonings, seeds of all kinds. Almost bagel seasoning,
caraway, sesame, just having a wonderful time with your
    recipe.
