Shirataki Noodles With Ground Turkey

1 lb Jenny O Ground Turkey
1 Medium Onion
2 Medium Roma Tomatoes
2 Bags of Shirataki Noodles
3 Cloves Garlic
4 oz of chopped Parsley
8 oz of Light Sour Cream

1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
Salt and Pepper to Taste

1 Tablespoon tomato paste

1 Teaspoon of paprika

1 Tablespoon of olive oil

Method:

  1. Wash and Boil the noodles for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Drain noodles and season noodles with salt, black pepper and butter and set aside.
  3. Brown the ground turkey until no longer pink about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove ground turkey and set aside.
  5. In the same pan add olive oil and add the garlic and onions and cook for about 2 minutes
  6. Add the ground turkey back to the pan.
  7. Add the Tomatoes and mix
  8. Add the paprika.
  9. Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste and mix
  10. Add the chopped parsley and sour cream
  11. Mix the sour cream in.

    First congratulations on the weight loss!! I have started my journey on the low carb diet may 7 and my starting weight was 255lbs. As of Aug 7, im 219lbs. I just want to thank you for you videos/recipes-specially with the shirataki noodles. I have actually just discovered these and have yet to cook with them, but i do believe i found my first recipe ^.^
