The Best Keto Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Tis the season for pumpkin! I love this season because this is the time I get to create recipes using one of my favorite ingredients-pumpkin!  I love pumpkin everything! Today I am sharing my world famous low carb keto bread recipe with you. Enjoy~

1/2 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons of oat fiber
2 teaspoons coconut flour
4 tablespoons of pyure Organic Sweetener
1 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger powder
1/4 cups of canned pumpkin ( I use Trader Joe’s)
2 large eggs

In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins.

I use loaf pans similar to these. The size used were 6.5 to 3.5 in

    I not sure why yours came out dry or crumbly. As you can see from my video I did not have that issue:(

    I made this pumpkin bread. It tastes o.k,but needs more moisture.It is too crumbly.
