Keto Egg Salad Crisp-Low Carb Recipe

You will love my egg salad crisp recipe! It is perfect as a snack or as a meal replacement.  It is so delicious, and will please even non low carbers, enjoy~

 

5 large eggs (boiled and peeled)

1/2 teaspoons salt

1/2 onion salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp ground pepper

1 tablespoon minced red onion

1/2 tablespoons sugar free relish

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Smoked paprika for topping

 

For the Crisp

1 1/2 oz of cheddar or any mixed cheese

Microwave for 90 seconds then lay on a wire rack to harden.
