Making the burger
1 lb ground beef
3 green onions
1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
1 Tablespoon cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 clove of garlic (chopped)
4 slices of jalapeno cheese
Mix all ingredients together. Make 4 patties and refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, until done.
Making the Cajun Sauce:
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper ( use less if desired)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.
