Low Carb Cajun Burger


Making the burger

1 lb ground beef

3 green onions

1 Tablespoon prepared mustard

1 Tablespoon cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 clove of garlic (chopped)

4 slices of jalapeno cheese

Method

Mix all ingredients together. Make 4 patties and refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, until done.


Making the Cajun Sauce:

1 Cup Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper ( use less if desired)

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Method

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.

Here are some tips:

1. I mix the batter for 6 minutes exactly.

2. I use the 365 brand whey powder from the whole foods store.

3. Below are the hamburger bun pans I use they are fantastic and makes the perfect size buns!

4. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes
