I love crispy snacks and it’s the thing I miss the most on a low carb diet. Since running the low carb challenge, I have been really working on ways to stay on track. These pizza pockets help to satify my craving for a crunchy snack. You can fill them with your favorite pizza toppings. I made a vegetable pizza pocket for one of my friends who is not a meat eater. She loved it! Enjoy~
