Low Carb Spinach Artichoke Dip

 

I can’t wait for you guys to try this recipe! I think it will make a great keto holiday appetizer. Enjoy~

8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp onion powder
2 clove garlic, peeled and minced
4 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 green onions (chopped)
4 oz frozen chopped spinach, (drained)
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (leave 2 tablespoons for topping)
1/4 cup smoked Asiago cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream. Add the remaining ingredients and combine.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.

The Bread Recipe

Ingredients
5 eggs
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cups Almond Milk
3 tbsp olive oil
2/3 cups Psyllium husk– (I use the magic bullet to make into a finer powder)
3/4 cups of Almond flour
1/4 cups coconut flour
1/4-1/2 Teaspoons Of Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
Topping

Everything but the bagel seasoning. Cut the bread in half horizontally, then cut it in to thin slices.

Method:

Pre-heat the oven at 320 Fahrenheit, mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Sprinkle on the toppings.

Bake for 50-60 mins.
