The picture above shows my daily nutrition requirement. The red arrows show the things I will be paying close attention to as part of my commitment to improve my health this year. So basically I will be watching my carbohydrate intake as well as counting calories and paying closer attention to sodium, fats and protein. This is going to be a big task, but I do believe that it is doable.
Feel free to leave me comments and let me know your thoughts on the graph above. I would also be interested to know if you have ever tried a low carb diet. I am not doing Atkins or The South Beach diet because those diet’s are just too restrictive for me. I plan to incorporate a daily workout plan into my weight loss plan, but more on that later. I will include more specific information about the plan soon.
